The Problem
After rapidly rising into the spotlight in 2022, Iskra was chosen by Coinbase, the leading platform for buying, selling, and storing cryptocurrency for partnership on their Base platform. Base is Coinbase’s Ethereum L2 network, offering a developer-friendly and low-cost way for users to build on chain.
Though Iskra already had a strong community across Discord and Twitter (X), they were keen to generate more excitement around the Coinbase partnership, and attract the attention of new community members. The OnChain Summer event, on the 9th of August 2023, aimed to celebrate the launch of the Base platform, with insights from 50 leading brands, marketplaces, artists, and creators.
This event offered Iskra an opportunity an opportunity to position its platform alongside the technologies offered by power brands like Atara, OpenSea and Coca-Cola. However, the company was struggling to find a way to capitalize on the experience, and attract the attention of the right consumers. That’s when they turned to Crowdcreate for help.
