Who talks about your product

Reviews follow people who love the product.

We recruit four kinds of people with something to say, put product in their hands, and let Amazon’s own programs do the rest. Creators earn commissions on sales. Nobody is paid for a review.

Creators & influencers

Ratings price every click

Your stars show next to your price in search, ads and the Buy Box. A lower rating costs you on every click you pay for.

Amazon’s AI reads your reviews

Rufus and the AI review highlights quote what customers actually wrote. Specific, detailed reviews feed those answers; one-tap ratings don’t.

A bad review is a support ticket

Brand Registry lets you reach the customer behind a critical review with support or a refund. Handled well, it’s a customer saved.

Inside Amazon’s rules, always.

Amazon’s review policies and the FTC’s 2024 rule on fake reviews put the same shortcuts off limits. We don’t touch any of them, and we’ll tell you if a past vendor did.

What we never do
  • Buy, trade or write reviews
  • Pay, refund or gift in exchange for a review
  • Ask only happy customers to review
  • Ask a customer to edit or remove a review
What we do instead
  • Creators paid in product and commissions, every post disclosed
  • Vine, Request a Review and Creator Connections on every ASIN
  • Contact Customer outreach on critical reviews
  • Only guideline-violating reviews reported, to Amazon
What Crowdcreate does

Six services. One reviews and ratings team.

Everything that puts your product in front of people who talk about it, asks every buyer the right way, and keeps a bad week from becoming a bad rating. All of it inside Amazon’s rules, and all of it reported.

01

Creator & influencer seeding

Shoppable videos on your listing, from creators who actually use the product.

  • We recruit Amazon Influencer Program creators in your niche and ship them product from your inventory
  • Shoppable videos on your detail page, their storefronts, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • Briefs that ask for honest, specific content, never a script or a star count
  • Usage rights negotiated so the best clips work in your listing, A+ and ads
  • Creators earn commissions on sales. Nobody is paid for a review
02

Affiliate & brand ambassador programs

A standing community that talks about you every month, not once.

  • Creator Connections campaigns set up in your Ads console, with commission bonuses that only cost you on attributed sales
  • Amazon Associates and off-Amazon affiliate tracking for bloggers, newsletters and communities
  • An ambassador program with monthly product drops, tiers and recognition
  • Referral bonuses so your best ambassadors recruit the next ones
  • FTC-compliant disclosures on every post
03

Review velocity systems

Every buyer asked, at the right moment, within policy.

  • Request a Review automation on every eligible order
  • Post-purchase emails and package inserts written to Amazon’s rules: no incentives, no cherry-picking
  • Amazon Vine enrollment for every new ASIN and variation, timed before launch ads
  • Launch plans that turn early units into early reviews
  • Review velocity and rating trajectory tracked per ASIN
04

Negative review management

Critical reviews handled inside Amazon’s own tools.

  • Review monitoring and alerts across every ASIN and marketplace you sell in
  • Brand Registry Contact Customer outreach on critical reviews: courtesy refund or customer support, inside Amazon’s own tool
  • Reviews that break Amazon’s guidelines (seller or shipping complaints, competitors, off-topic, abusive) reported for removal
  • A root-cause log of what’s driving low stars, shared with your product and ops teams
  • Never a request to edit or remove a review, and never a payment for one
05

Listing & expectation setting

Fewer bad reviews start with a listing that tells the truth.

  • Images, sizing, compatibility and A+ content audited against your 1–3 star themes
  • Customer Q&A answered with the specifics shoppers ask about
  • Packaging, instructions and “what’s in the box” reviewed for the moments that cause returns
  • Creator videos placed where they answer the doubts your reviews surface
06

Reporting & review intelligence

Know what customers say before the algorithm decides.

  • Rating trajectory, review velocity and star mix per ASIN, every week
  • Sentiment themes from every review, yours and your competitors’
  • Creator and affiliate attribution: who published, what sold
  • Monthly strategy call with the plan for the next 30 days
A good fit

Who this program is built for

  • Brands selling on Seller Central or Vendor Central, enrolled in Brand Registry or ready to enroll
  • A product customers already like: a rating around 3.8 or higher, or a brand-new launch
  • Inventory to seed: 30–300 units a month to creators, ambassadors and Vine, depending on plan
  • $30,000+ a month in Amazon sales, or a funded launch
  • A team willing to fix what the reviews surface
Not a fit

Where we’ll say no

  • Anyone who wants reviews bought, traded, faked or “boosted” overnight
  • Products with safety or quality problems that reviews can’t fix
  • Brands that won’t ship product to creators or enroll in Vine
  • Resellers without the rights to the brand

What a review that sells looks like

One review like this is worth a hundred one-tap ratings.

Shoppers trust it, Amazon’s AI summaries quote it, and it keeps converting for years. The example on the right is paraphrased from a real five-star review of a folding laptop stand. Here’s why it works, and what we engineer for.

  1. 01
A heavy user, not a one-time buyerThey use the category every day, so their opinion carries weight with people who do too.
  2. 02
Compares it to what they already ownNames the alternatives and their flaws: wobble, weight, scratched counters.
  3. 03
Raises the objection, then drops it“I was skeptical about plastic” is exactly the doubt the next shopper has.
  4. 04
Specific, checkable claimsStable at every height, light enough to carry, folds flat for carry-on travel.
  5. 05
Comes back with an updateA month-later edit reads as proof, not promotion.
  6. 06
Ends in a repeat purchase“Bought another one” is the strongest signal a shopper, or Rufus, can read.

What we never do

Buy, trade, incentivize or write reviews, or ask a customer to change one. Nobody can guarantee a star rating or a review count without breaking Amazon’s rules, and we won’t pretend to.

Your account stays yours

We work inside your Seller Central, Brand Registry and Ads console with your user permissions. No shared logins, and nothing runs that you can’t see.

Prices in USD. Starter is month-to-month. Growth and Scale have a 3-month minimum. Term discounts (10% on 6 months, 15% on 12 months) are billed monthly for the full term. Product units shipped to creators, ambassadors and Vine, Amazon’s Vine enrollment fees, Creator Connections commission bonuses and affiliate commissions are paid by you directly, from your inventory and to Amazon and creators, and are not included in our fees. We never mark them up. Need a custom plan or more marketplaces? Book a call or get a free review audit.

FAQ

Amazon review questions, answered

What does an Amazon review agency do?

A legitimate one does three things: puts your product in the hands of people who talk about it (creators, affiliates, brand ambassadors and Amazon Vine), makes sure every buyer is asked for a review the way Amazon allows, and handles negative reviews the way Amazon allows. Crowdcreate runs all three as a weekly operation, inside Amazon’s programs and policies, and reports on ratings and review velocity per ASIN.

Do you buy reviews, pay reviewers or offer incentives?

No. Amazon’s review policies ban compensated, traded and fake reviews, and the FTC’s 2024 rule on consumer reviews makes buying or faking reviews illegal in the U.S. The penalties are account suspensions, listing removal and fines. Creators we seed earn commissions on sales through Amazon’s own programs; Vine reviewers are chosen by Amazon and their reviews are labeled. Nobody is ever paid for a review.

So how do you get more reviews?

Volume and timing. More units with heavy users, creators and ambassadors who have something specific to say; Amazon Vine on every new ASIN and variation; Request a Review on every eligible order; post-purchase emails and inserts written to Amazon’s rules; and a listing that sets expectations so fewer buyers are disappointed. Reviews follow customers, so the creator and affiliate work also grows sales.

Can you guarantee a star rating or a number of reviews?

No, and anyone who does is putting your account at risk. What we do guarantee is the work: the number of creators seeded each month on Growth and Scale (any shortfall rolls over or is refunded), outreach on critical reviews, and the systems running on every ASIN in your plan.

How do you handle negative reviews?

We monitor every ASIN in your plan. For critical reviews we use Brand Registry’s Contact Customer tool to offer a courtesy refund or customer support through Amazon’s own messaging. Reviews that break Amazon’s guidelines (complaints about the seller or shipping rather than the product, competitors, off-topic or abusive content) are reported for removal. We log the root causes and share them with your product and ops teams. We never ask a customer to edit or remove a review and never offer anything in exchange for one.

Can you get negative reviews removed?

Only the ones that violate Amazon’s Community Guidelines, and only by reporting them to Amazon, which makes the final call. Honest negative reviews from real customers stay up. The way to move a rating is more good experiences and more reviews, not deleting bad ones.

What is the Amazon Influencer Program and why does it matter?

Creators accepted into the program get an Amazon storefront and can post shoppable videos that appear on their storefront and on product detail pages. They earn commissions on the sales their content drives. We recruit creators in your niche, ship them product from your inventory, brief them for honest and specific content, and negotiate usage rights so the best clips can run in your listing and ads.

What is Creator Connections?

An Amazon program that lets Brand Registry brands fund commission bonuses for influencers who promote their products. Campaigns are set up in the Amazon Ads console (Seller Central for sellers, the Ads console for vendors), creators opt in on their own, and you only pay when an order is attributed to the campaign. Amazon sets a minimum campaign budget and minimum bonus rate; we manage the setup, ASIN selection and reporting.

Do I need Brand Registry?

Yes for most of this. Contact Customer, Creator Connections, Vine and A+ content all require it. If you’re not enrolled yet, we’ll walk you through it; you’ll need a registered or pending trademark.

How much does Crowdcreate’s Amazon review program cost?

Starter is $1,000/month for up to 3 ASINs: review monitoring, Contact Customer outreach on critical reviews, reporting of guideline-violating reviews, Request a Review automation and a monthly report. Growth is $3,000/month for up to 10 ASINs and adds 10 creators or affiliates seeded every month, shoppable creator videos, Creator Connections and Vine management, and a brand ambassador program. Scale is $10,000/month for unlimited ASINs with 40+ creators a month, an always-on ambassador community, digital PR, competitor review intelligence and a dedicated account manager. Growth and Scale have a 3-month minimum; you save 10% on a 6-month term and 15% on 12 months. Product units, Vine fees and creator commissions are paid by you directly and never marked up. Compare plans.

How fast will we see results?

Vine reviews on a new ASIN usually start landing within a few weeks of enrollment, and the first creator videos go live within the first month. How fast a star rating moves depends on volume: a new ASIN can change quickly, while a product with thousands of reviews moves a tenth of a star at a time. Your free audit includes a realistic timeline per ASIN.

Do you work with Vendor Central brands and other marketplaces?

Yes. The tools differ slightly for 1P brands (Creator Connections lives in the Ads console, Vine in Vendor Central) and we handle both. We work in the U.S. marketplace first and add Canada, the UK and the EU on request.

Which brands has Crowdcreate worked with?

Anker, TP-Link and Renault are Crowdcreate clients. For Anker we ran the affiliate and influencer outreach, and the program delivered a 10:1 return on investment. Other brands that have worked with Crowdcreate include Lenovo and IBM, and creators we’ve worked with include Unbox Therapy, Justice Buys and Linus Tech Tips.

Are the creators shown on this page Crowdcreate clients?

Unbox Therapy and Justice Buys are creators Crowdcreate has worked with. The videos on this page are the creators’ own public posts, embedded from TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, and are shown as examples of the format; the other creators featured are not Crowdcreate clients. Every creator we recruit for your brand is matched to your niche, your product and your budget, from 5,000-follower micro creators to established reviewers.

Who owns the videos and content creators make?

The creators do, which is why we negotiate usage rights up front as part of each brief. On Growth and Scale, rights to the best content for your listing, A+ and ads are included in what we arrange.

Ready for reviews that sell for you?
