Creator Ads Agency for AI & SaaS

Turn creators into your paid ads engine.

It’s the paid ads playbook behind Wispr Flow’s run from $0 to a $2B valuation: a small team of creators who film your ads and earn a cut of the ad spend, and one media buyer who keeps hundreds of different ads running. Crowdcreate builds and runs that program for AI companies, from creator recruiting to media buying. Flat monthly pricing, and we never mark up your ad spend.

Why creator-powered paid ads

Organic is a talent lottery. Paid is a system.

Most AI companies are still waiting for the one post that goes viral. The teams that actually scaled stopped betting on organic and built a machine for shipping ads: lots of creators, lots of videos that each look different, and a media buyer who turns the winners into spend.

Organic UGC

Works only with rare talent.

A few teams have a founder or creator who can go viral on command. Most don’t, and no amount of budget fixes that.

  • Depends on one or two naturally gifted people
  • Reach lives and dies by the algorithm
  • Can’t be scaled by adding budget
  • Hard to tie to signups and revenue
Creator-powered paid

Works for anyone who can ship enough ads.

Pay a small team of creators a cut of the ad spend, run their videos as ads, and keep new ones coming every week.

  • Hundreds of different ads a month from 10–50 creators
  • Scales with budget: more spend, more payouts, more ads
  • Creators earn when their ads perform, so incentives line up
  • Every dollar tracked to signups, trials and paying customers
  • The same ads run on Meta, TikTok and AppLovin

Ad costs only go up

In Q2 2026, Meta served 14% more ads than a year earlier and still raised the average price per ad by 12%. You can’t control what Meta charges. You can control how good, and how different, your ads are.

Different beats more

Meta’s Andromeda ranking clusters videos that are 50–60% similar and suppresses them, so a thousand talking-head ads get treated as one ad. The game is many ads that each look and sound different.

Ten great creators can carry a company

In Wispr Flow’s words, “10 really good creators can get you to $50M a year.” You don’t need a thousand creators. You need a small, coached team with the right incentives.

How the model works

Creators film the ads. The ad spend pays the creators.

Brands recruit creators to film their ads and pay them a percentage of the ad spend that runs behind those videos. It’s the loop the best DTC brands have run for years, and it finally reached software.

1

Recruit a small team

Find creators on Instagram and TikTok, vet hard, and accept a handful. No beginners.

2

One creator per gap

Each creator owns a customer segment, a format or a country that no ad is speaking to yet.

3

Film 20–25 ads a month

Every creator ships a batch of videos, and no two of them are allowed to look alike.

4

One media buyer runs it

The ads go live on Meta, TikTok and AppLovin. Every week, creators see what’s winning.

5

Pay on the spend

Creators earn a cut of the spend behind their ads, paid weekly. Winners get more budget.

Ecommerce brands

Pay creators a cut of each sale.

A DTC purchase happens minutes after the ad, so the creator’s commission can ride on revenue. Simple to track, and it’s how creator-driven ad programs started.

Sale→% to creator
AI & SaaS companies

Pay creators a cut of the ad spend.

A software sale can take weeks to close, and creators won’t wait that long to get paid. Paying on spend keeps the incentive tight: more spend behind a creator’s ads means their ads are working.

The playbook, by the numbers

What the Wispr Flow program looks like from the inside.

A year ago Wispr Flow stopped organic UGC completely and put everything into paid. Their growth team shared the mechanics publicly. These are their numbers, not ours, and they’re the blueprint we build from.

7%of ad spend paid to creators, uncapped, paid out every 7 days
500–700new UGC ads a month, with a target of 1,000
40–60creators on the team, kept small on purpose
1media buyer runs all of it: 50 creators, 700 ads a month
$1,000guaranteed minimum for 20–25 videos a month while a new creator ramps
4 monthsto scale from 5 creators to 50
50 of 5,000+applicants accepted, $220k paid out so far, top creator earning $12k a month
0look-alike videos allowed. Meta suppresses ads that are 50–60% similar

The rules that make it work

Six decisions that separate this from a creator program that fizzles.

Rule 01

Keep the team small on purpose

Wispr scaled 5, then 10, then 20, then 40 creators, and stopped at 40–60. $100k paid to 20 creators looks better to creators than $200k paid to 1,000, and a small team can actually be coached.

Rule 02

Guarantee the first months

New creators get $1,000 for 20–25 videos a month. Earn $500 in commissions and the brand tops up the other $500. Once a creator clears $1,000 on their own, the guarantee stops. That’s how good creators sign before you have a track record.

Rule 03

One creator per gap

A customer no ad was speaking to, a format nobody could shoot, a country with nothing running. One creator per gap, so the team never crowds the same angle.

Rule 04

Kill copies of winners

Creators see which ad is winning and start filming their own version. Stop them. Meta treats the copy as the same ad as the original, so the copy never gets shown. Push them to film something new instead.

Rule 05

Run creators like a sales team

A 30-minute onboarding each, a weekly call with the media buyer, 1:1s and creator coaches. Creators see the ad account, and every Thursday they hear what’s working, which customers to target next and what to test.

Rule 06

Recruit by referral, not open call

Creators get $100 for referring someone at their level or above, so there are no beginners on the team. The rest comes from Instagram keyword search (“UGC creator”, “tech”, “SaaS”), the followers and comments of good creators, and 100–200 DMs a week.

Why most creator programs fail

  • Brands accept everyone who applies
  • Nobody coaches the creators
  • Creators join without understanding they only get paid when their ads perform

What Crowdcreate does

We build the program and run it like a sales team

You get the whole machine: the pay structure, the creators, the coaching, the media buying and the weekly payouts. You keep your product team on the product.

01

Program design

A pay structure creators will sign and your CFO will approve.

  • Commission rate on ad spend, tuned to your margins and sales cycle
  • Guaranteed minimums for new creators, and when they stop
  • Referral bonuses that keep beginners out
  • Creator agreement, usage rights, disclosures and the weekly payout schedule
  • Optional affiliate layer so creators also earn on tracked signups
02

Creator recruiting

The right 10 creators, not the first 10 who apply.

  • Keyword search on Instagram and TikTok for UGC, tech and SaaS creators
  • Mining the followers and comments of creators who are already good
  • 100–200 personalized DMs a week, plus our own creator research list
  • Vetting rubric: on-camera ability, editing, reliability and niche fit
03

Segment map

One creator per gap, so nobody crowds the same angle.

  • Map of your customer segments, use cases, formats and countries
  • Gap analysis: which of them no ad is speaking to yet
  • Each creator assigned a gap and a brief, with examples of what not to copy
  • Creative rules so no two videos look or sound alike
04

Onboarding & coaching

Creators who know what to film next, every week.

  • 30-minute onboarding for every creator: product, customers, rules, payouts
  • Weekly call with the media buyer, plus 1:1s with creator coaches
  • Creators see the ad account and which hooks, formats and segments are winning
  • Copy-of-a-winner detection, and a new-angle brief instead
05

Media buying

One media buyer runs every creator’s ads across every platform.

  • Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, with the same creator ads running on all three
  • Thursday review: what’s working, which customers to target next, what to test
  • Budget moved to winners within days, losers cut without drama
  • Tracking from ad to signup, trial and paying customer
06

Payouts & reporting

Creators paid on time. You see exactly what the money did.

  • Weekly commission calculations per creator, with minimum top-ups handled
  • Payout reports ready for your finance team, or we run the payouts
  • Monthly dashboard: ads shipped, spend and CAC by creator, winners, what’s next
  • Referral and affiliate tracking if you add the affiliate layer

FAQ

Creator ads program questions, answered

What is a creator-powered paid ads program?

A small team of creators, usually 10–50, film ads for your product every month and get paid a percentage of the ad spend that runs behind their videos. One media buyer runs those ads on Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, shows creators what’s working each week, and moves budget to the winners. It’s the model the best ecommerce brands have used for years, adapted for software.

Why pay creators a percentage of ad spend instead of per video?

Per-video pricing pays the same for an ad that flops and an ad that scales. A cut of spend means creators earn more when their ads perform, so they keep filming new angles instead of phoning it in. Wispr Flow pays 7% of ad spend, uncapped, every 7 days. New creators usually get a guaranteed minimum for their first months so good ones will join before you have a track record.

Why do SaaS and AI companies pay on ad spend rather than on sales?

Ecommerce brands can pay creators a cut of each sale because the purchase happens minutes after the ad. A software sale can take weeks to close, and creators won’t wait that long to get paid. Paying on spend keeps the incentive tight: more spend behind a creator’s ads means their ads are working. If your product has a short sales cycle, we can add an affiliate layer that pays on signups or sales too.

How much do creators cost on top of your fees?

You pay creators directly, typically 5–10% of the ad spend behind their ads, plus a guaranteed minimum for new creators while they ramp. Wispr’s minimum is $1,000 for 20–25 videos a month, and it stops once a creator earns more than that on their own. Ad spend goes straight to the platforms. Our fees are flat, and we never mark up spend or creator payouts.

How much does Crowdcreate’s creator ads program cost?

Plans start at $299/month for a monthly strategy call and access to our creator research list. Launch ($2,999/month) builds the program and recruits, vets and onboards your first 10 creators within 60 days. Scale ($4,999/month) adds our media buyer, ongoing recruiting to 20–40 creators, Thursday ad-account reviews and affiliate tracking. Launch and Scale have a 3-month minimum and a recruiting guarantee. You save 10% on a 6-month term and 15% on 12 months. Add-ons include a Creator Program Audit ($499), a Creator Recruiting Sprint ($1,499) and an Affiliate & Referral Program (from $999/month). Compare plans.

How many creators do we need?

Fewer than you think. Wispr Flow runs 40–60 creators and scaled from 5 to 50 in four months. A small team is a feature: $100k paid to 20 creators looks far better to creators than $200k spread across 1,000, and a small team can actually be coached. Most AI companies should start with 10 and grow to 20–40 as spend grows.

Where do you find the creators?

Keyword search on Instagram and TikTok (“UGC creator”, “tech”, “SaaS”), the followers and comment sections of creators who are already good, referrals from creators on the team, and our own creator research list. We send 100–200 personalized DMs a week and accept a small fraction of applicants. Wispr accepted 50 creators out of 5,000+ applications.

What does “no two videos alike” mean, and why does it matter?

Meta’s Andromeda ranking system clusters videos that are 50–60% similar and suppresses them, so a thousand talking-head ads get treated as one ad. Every creator gets a different segment, format or country, copies of winning ads are stopped before they run, and the media buyer pushes creators toward something new each week. More different ads, not more ads, is what lowers your cost per customer.

Does this work for B2B SaaS, or only consumer AI apps?

It works best where there’s a self-serve signup or free trial, so a creator’s ad can turn into a measurable conversion within days. Consumer and prosumer AI apps (voice, writing, design, productivity, coding) are the clearest fit, and product-led B2B SaaS works too. Sales-led enterprise products with no trial are a harder fit, and we’ll tell you so in your free program plan.

Can creators also earn referral or affiliate commissions?

Yes. We can add an affiliate layer with tracked links or codes, commission on signups or sales, and creator referral bonuses, paid alongside the ad-spend commission. For products with a short sales cycle it can replace the spend commission entirely, and we can open the same referral program to your customers.

What do you need from us?

Access to your ad accounts, a product login and a short brief on your customers, someone who can answer creator questions within a day or two, a budget for ad spend and creator payouts, and a 30-minute weekly review with the media buyer. We handle the rest.

How fast will we see results?

First ads are usually live within the first month, and the first 10 creators are onboarded within 60 days. Clear winners tend to show up once a few hundred different ads have run, which depends on your spend level and how fast creators ship. Your free program plan includes a realistic timeline for your budget.

Do you use AI to make the ads?

Not for the ads themselves. The whole point is videos that look and sound different, filmed by real people with their own faces, voices and rooms, because that’s what the platforms reward and what buyers trust. We use AI for research, transcripts and reporting, not for the creative.
