Account Manager

As part of the accounts management team, you will work in a client facing role to communicate the progress of the campaign, set proper client expectations, resolve issues, understand the client’s needs, and communicate all of this back to the Crowdcreate team to make sure things run smoothly.

  • Face to face meetings with client once a week.
  • Conduct client onboarding and kickoff calls.
  • Coordinate client updates with the engagement marketing core team.
  • Manage client communications through client preferred channels.
  • Collect NPS scores and ask for feedback to improve our services.
  • Develop new initiatives based on feedback from client.
